Our Winners!

MillerGCVargasGCShown here are Marchele Hatchner (left), a broker from our Freeland office, presenting a Sebos gift certificate to Tereese Miller and Joe Aernie (right), a broker from our Bayview office, presenting another Sebos gift certificate to Dianne Vars. Dianne was the Friday drawing winner from our Whidbey Island Area Fair booth and Tereese was Sunday’s winner. We really enjoyed talking with people as they stopped by our booth, whether it was about real estate, our beautiful island, the economy, the community, or a variety of other topics. Coldwell Banker Tara Properties has a booth every year in the Commercial Building at the Fair. Plan to stop by next year for some stimulating conversation and a chance to win your own gift certificate.

Dunk one of our Brokers

RyansHouseDunkTankRyan’s House for Youth is hosting a dunk tank this year at the Whidbey Island Area Fair in Langley. Marchele Hatchner, one of our Freeland office brokers, volunteers for that organization and she has agreed to be dunked on Friday to help raise money for this non-profit. Come on out to the fair and dunk Marchele (the weather is supposed to be pretty warm, anyway). And, when you’re at the fair, stop by our Coldwell Banker Tara Properties booth in the Turner Commercial Building and chat with our experienced brokers. We’re having a drawing every day for $50 gift cards.

Helping Help House

HelpHouse2018Each year, Coldwell Banker Tara Properties’ Agents contribute a portion of their commissions through the company’s “Community Fund” to people in need and to community agencies and schools on Whidbey Island.

Pictured here is Ann Campbell (at left) of our Oak Harbor office delivering a check to Jean Weiman, Executive Director of the North Whidbey Help House. Help House provides assistance to those in need in our community in an impartial and dignified manner.

Whidbey Island Area Fair Winner!

?

?

We had a great time at our booth at the Whidbey Island Area Fair this year. Lots of folks stopped by to chat or ask about the Island County real estate market. We had four days of fun and conversation with members of our community and visitors from off-island. This year we again gave out $50 gift certificates from local businesses to the winners of our daily drawings. Show here is Becky Brager, winner of a gift card to Sebos, and Joe Aernie, our broker in the Bayview office. We, at Coldwell Banker Tara Properties, offer congratulations to all of the winners!
